🌼Macie’s Corner: Pawprints on Her Heart — A Love Letter to My Mom (aka Debi)

Hi there, it’s Macie, your favorite four-legged fan.

With Mother’s Day just around the corner, I’ve been thinking a lot about the human who means the world to me, my mom. She’s the one behind the leash, the lap, and the love. And trust me, she’s more than just a Realtor. She’s my soft place to land.

So today, I’m turning in my chew toy for a keyboard to write her (and all the amazing moms out there) a love letter…. dog style.

🐾 A Few Things I Love About My Mom

1. She Always Comes Back

Whether she’s showing homes, staging listings, or helping someone find their dream space, she always comes home to me. That’s love.

2. She Talks to Me Like I Understand (Because I Do)

I may not get every word, but I know when she says, “Let’s go!” something fun is about to happen.

3. She Makes Every House Feel Like Home

Soft blankets, full bowls, and belly rubs in the sunny spot, my mom knows how to make a space feel cozy. (And she helps other families do the same.)

4. She Puts Family First

Her clients always say they feel like family, and they’re right. Whether it’s a couple downsizing or a growing family with a new puppy, she takes care of them like she takes care of me.

5. She Knows That Home Is About More Than Square Footage

It’s about laughter, routines, and a place where your tail wags just walking through the door. She gets that.

🐾 From a Pup Who Knows

Being a mom to kids or pets is about more than caregiving. It’s about showing up, being present, and creating a safe, loving space for your pack. That’s what my mom, Debi does for me, and for every client she helps.

So, if you're thinking of making a move this season, just know you're in good paws with my mom. She’ll treat your family (yes, even the slobbery ones) like her own.
