Debi’s ability to listen and understand her client’s needs has allowed her to continuously achieve her client’s goals and expectations. Her personable and professional character allows Debi to build and maintain solid relationships, which explains why her business has grown mostly from referrals and repeat clients. 

  Debi’s past clients often become her friends and strongest promoters. She prides herself on being a relational realtor, not a transactional realtor meaning she continues to help her clients before, during and after the sale. They say that this personal attention is why they feel comfortable referring her to their family and friends.  

  Despite Debi’s busy schedule, she still finds time to give back to her community. She has served as chair of the Lone Tree Arts Commission, President of the Arts Center Guild, Chair of the Public Arts Committee, board member on the Lone Tree Cultural Arts Foundation and co-founder of Racing for Paws. Additionally, as a member of Leadership Douglas County, Debi created a fundraiser that purchased pet oxygen masks for every fire truck in Douglas County, and was recognized by the Douglas County for money that was donated towards the purchase of a dog for their K-9 unit.  

  Debi loves cooking, hiking, biking, yoga and dinner with friends. Debi lives with her husband Tom and their dog Macie. As a Colorado native, Debi enjoys spending time in the mountains with their children, grandson Michael and their families.
