Regency Centers has purchased the land for Lone Tree Village, a new open air shopping center planned for RidgeGate in Lone Tree along RidgeGate Parkway east of I 25.
The approximately 158,000 square foot center will be anchored by a 123,000 square foot King Soopers grocery store with a fuel center. About 31,000 square feet of additional space will include shops, restaurants, and neighborhood services. The site will feature pedestrian walkways, bike connections, gathering areas, a public plaza, EV charging infrastructure, and is targeting LEED Silver certification.

The development is part of the larger RidgeGate expansion, which includes new housing, employment centers, and civic uses. Construction is expected to begin in early 2026, with the King Soopers and other businesses projected to open in 2027.
