When I first met with these clients, their home was in a challenging location and had been languishing on the market with a previous realtor. With a tight deadline and the client already moved out, they reached out to me to turn things around. I knew we needed a fresh approach, so I implemented a comprehensive marketing strategy that would grab attention quickly.

I invested in high-definition property photography and video, including a dynamic Matterport tour. We leveraged every digital platform available, from Coldwell Banker’s extensive network to social media ads, reaching over 57,000 potential buyers. The property was also featured in top national publications and local media. This aggressive marketing effort resulted in 40 showings and two competitive offers, ultimately securing a contract price above the highest offer.

My clients were delighted with the outcome. Since then, I’ve had the

pleasure of selling three more of their investment properties, and they’ve
